| Los Cristianos |
| Los Cristianos is in the South of Tenerife in a sheltered bay has developed from a small fishing village to an International tourist resort, it is a far quieter resort than Playa de las Americas. The resort is very popular with families with young children, and older couples as it is not as lively as its neighbour. |
There is a large number of Ex Pats with their own holiday apartments in Los Cristianos. Los Cristianos is also ideally situated for exploring the island with its close proximity to the motorway. Also the Aqua Park and Tenerife Zoo are both in very easy reach of the town and are wonderful days out for the whole family. This resort is an ideal place for a family holiday, with its golden beaches and clear seas. |

| Playa de las Americas | |
| Playa de las Americas is a purpose built resort, developed over the last thirty years and designed to have everything you require, such as bars, beaches, nightlife, restaurants and shops, near to your hotel or apartment. It is the largest resort in Southern Tenerife. |
| There are a wide range of nationalities who visit this resort. The resort has a number of excellent beaches with facilities including Watersports. Night people can dance the night away in a massive choice of bars, pubs and nightclubs, the bars and clubs usually stay open until 3- 5 am. |

| The resort of Callao Salvaje is a short drive from the bright lights of Playa de las Americas. With its selection of supermarkets and little parade of bars and restaurants, the resort offers the ideal base for those wanting to be near to Tenerife’s main town. | Costa del Silencio | |
| Costa del Silencio is a small purpose built tourist development on the south coast of Tenerife that is part of the municipal district of Arona and approximately 12km to the east of Playa de las Americas. One major drawback to the resort is however, the absence of a beach of any description. |
| The nearest beach of any size to the resort is however a short walk away west, towards the town of Las Galletas, and even this is really limited to a narrow strip of stony black sand. The 2 resorts do have 2 nearby Golf courses. There is also the usual selection shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants, however for more choice it is far better to get a cheap taxi to Las Americas further along the coast. |

| El Medano | |
 | El Medano has long sandy beaches backed with an esplanade with shops, bars and restaurants, it is a windy area making it are popular with windsurfers, who can also find windsurfing shops on the front. |
| El Medano’s famous, flat white sandy beach has played host to the world windsurfing championships and offers good facilities for sunbathing and other beach holiday activities. |

| Los Gigantes | |
| Los Gigantes has a small marina for boat trips, it is lined with cafes and restaurants an ideal spot to watch the boats and yachts. Los Gigantes is well known for it's spectacular imposing cliffs. Beyond the cliffs are the equally amazing Teno mountains. |
From the small usually un crowded black sand beach, that is next to the marina, view the bay as it sweeps round to the north and the spectacular cliffs. It is the beauty of these lava formed cliffs that attract tourists to this area. The hills and steps so not recommended for anybody who has difficulty with mobility.
The terrain prevents expansion of Los Gigantes and there is little chance of finding a parking space. |

| Puerto de las Cruz | |
| Puerto de las Cruz built in the 1600's, is the major resort in Tenerife and situated in the North of the Island. It is the oldest tourist resort in the Canary Islands, being popular from the 19th century. The climate and the amazing views of Mount Teide, and the friendliness of the locals being the main attractions to visitors to keep coming back. |

| Santa Cruz | |
| Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the capital of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and a co-capital of the autonomous community of the Canary Islands. The municipality is the northernmost and the easternmost in the island and only the easternmost in the province. |
Its enormous harbour - one of the busiest in Spain and the deepest in the world - sees a constant traffic of container ships, cruise liners and inter-island jet foils and ferries.
The city is a seaport and a subtropical resort, offering its impressive scenery and mild sub-tropical climate to visitors.
The port also exports products of the Canaries such as vegetables, tobacco, tomatoes and bananas. The port is also one of the major stations in the cruisers' rout from northern Europe to the Caribbean.
Santa Cruz is characterized for its nightlife consisting of discotheques and pubs in the Marina park named after César Manrique, Avenida 3 de mayo and Residencial Anaga, as well as pubs in La Noria street and surroundings. |
